This one comes with the basic tools in a small black case that clips shut and protects the contents with a foam lining. It comes with some medical supplies. It does also come with the standards: a flashlight, knife, multi-tool credit card, tactical pen, paracord bracelets with a compass, fire starter, and more. One of the main drawbacks is the kit is small for all those 35 tools. If you take all the tools out, it is hard to put them back inside. ★★★★★ This kit is great for the survivalist that is just starting out. The items included in the kit are well thought out and fit the kit well. The wire saw works way better than I expected and stays sharp through multiple cuts. The folding knife is decently sharp but sharpens up very easily and feels stable when using it. One of the neatest things in this kit is the tactical pen, I get so many questions about this pen on a daily basis. If you're just starting out with collecting survival gear, this is a great kit to pick up.

I I feel like the picture makes it seem bigger but it is really compact so easy to fit in a backpack//car/etc. I got everything out to look at it and could not get it all back in with the padding in the case. The flashlight doesn't have the batteries included so make sure to put these in prior to heading out on your adventure. This has everything I need for my next adventure except a first aid kit!

★★★★★ A close inspection of this kit reveals that it has ALMOST everything I would want to take with me, if I'm going into the deep woods. I go deer hunting with my son-in-law every winter. Sometimes, we go down to his family's acreage down near Houston. They have a LOT of land and it's easy to get turned around, if you're not familiar with that area. I've been lost in the woods before. It's terrifying. I laid out the entire kit so you can easily identify the contents. There are a couple of changes that I would make. 1) Include a signaling mirror. It's kind of a basic thing that would be helpful in places like the Grand Canyon to help rescue forces locate you. 2) What is that telescoping metal stick for? It looks like an antenna from a radio. But, I can't think of a single use for it. 3) include an instruction book, describing each component and how to use it. There are a lot of folks out there that have never seen a cable saw, flint rod or paracord bracelet before and wouldn't know how to use them. I'm ex-military, former scout and am very familiar with all of these things (except for the antenna thingy). So, I'm comfortable with recommending this kit. It has a lot of valuable tools and is very reasonably priced. Five stars.

★★★★★ Very nice! This kit comes with many gadgets and useful stuff. I always wanted one of those things that help break glass in the case of an emergency. There is a compass (golden).I love the “spork” (Spoon, fork + knife), but it does not fit inside de box other things come in.The box is resistant and, I believe, might be water proof as it is hard plastic and seem to seal quite nicely.Overall the quality is great (the compass is not the strongest).It comes inside a hard plastic box that comes inside a black velvet bag, excellent for gifting because it looks really nice. The knife is really sharp. There are some things that I am still learning how to use, but everything seems to be really useful.This survival kit is also going into our “emergency” kit.

★★★★★ I like how the tools come in a storage box because it makes it easy to store and backpack into the woods. It comes with a poncho but it was not packed inside the storage box. I was able to make the poncho fit inside of the box after examining the other contents. Most of the contents appear to be fairly made and very usable in a survival type situation. I go outdoors frequently and you never know when you’re going to run into an unpredicted situation so it’s good to have one of these boxes handy in the truck or in the backpack when I’m out in the woods.

For an example steel saw string I hardly believe it wood work until I tried it out on a bush I had in my back yard. The knife seem pretty ligt. ★★★★★ Like the title says, this kit literally comes with everything you may ever need. I'm not even going to list it all out, but i'll go over a few key points. First off, the bag is super secure, but i like that you can set it up to be a quick release bag/pouch linked to your bookbag using the molle system. The universal took and knife are low key and helpful. Make sure you keep them sharpened. There is an entirely separate pouch within this for all of your first aid needs which is awesome to keep it separate from general survival tools. Compass works flawlessly as well as many other products within this kit. Its just simply a great overall carry that I would recommend.

I needed something compact and lightweight enough to carry around for 8-10 hours at a time, while constantly bending over. This kit exceeded my expectations!The pouch itself is made out of a durable nylon material that's double stitched and water resistant. High quality 2 way zippers. Multiple, spacious pockets along with several tight and elastic straps to organize it just the way you'd like.The folding pliers, partially serrated knife and tactical defense pen are well constructed with quality materials for superior strength. I am very pleased with the quality of almost everything included in this kit.I only have three minor complaints.1. The carabineers are a little chintzy. I'll likely only use them on a key chain.2. The compass scale surface is a little scratched up but still usable.3. Batteries are not included with the flashlight nor do I know which specific battery is required. It does work with one double A battery however it's not the proper, snug fit.Overall minor complaints. The value for money exceeded my expectations and I would definitely purchase it again.

I saw the flashlight and knew it was good because it's powerful and you can zoom. So you can shine up close, or far away at a tree. Best flashlight I ever owned, compact, only needs 1 AA, and dont buy those overpriced American ones. (I own 5 of this model and put in different bags.) And I chose this kit over others because it has the extendable air-blower (to start fires).The best or most expensive items: are the knife with safety lock, zoom light, pliers-knife, extendable air-blower, mollee pouch, tactical pen, and foldable spoon/fork. The tools are metal, so it's good for the outdoors or if you need to handle hot things. Most things came in it's own mini box or bag, which all fits in the pouch.So well made, plus some space to add your own things. I clipped mine on my EDC backpack that I keep in the car.

Just those 4 items are worth the 21 bucks I paid for it. Knife is very sharp and clips onto belt loop. Very handy you don't feel it's there not bulky at all. You get the brass compass and mini compass on bracelet to confirm heading. You get the whistle and mini whistle on the bracelet. The whistle is VERY LOUD. Great for signaling for help when out of view. Fire starter is big and hefty works great. Love the pen glass breaker I use it daily as writing utensil. Flashlight works well and can be focused has o ring so as not to damage the power supply/battery in rain. The remaining items are bonus items. I personally only keep the flashlight, fire starter, compass, and emergency blanket in the case. I added a small first aid kit and second emergency blanket to it and it fits my needs perfectly.

★★★★★ I'm blind but I camp way out in the wilderness where there's no cell signal, no hospital and nothing around. No, I am not insane enough to try and go by myself, I wouldn't even if I were sighted to be honest LoL.Within 2 minutes of opening this up I had found the compass, the whistle, the emergency knife and the fire starter. Obviously I can't use the compass but I can find my direction of travel other ways, maybe not quite as accurate as a compass but if I need to go west I can LoL.Anyways the fire starter has a black coating on it, you need to scrape that off before it will spark, I found a YouTube video that explained that part. As soon as I got that coating scraped off it sparked like a champ!!!So the clips that connect both ends have goodies in he middle, one side has the small emergency knife and the other side has the fire starter in it. You just use both of those for a spark.The compass and whistle are built into the clips as well, so it's all right there on your wrist. One thing to keep in mind though is the fire starter may cause magnetic interference with the compass because of it's iron content. Simply unclip the ends and then use the compass. The rest of the bracelet is paracord, enough to make a trap, a shelter and some fishing line if need be. Honestly you'll probably never need all of the paracord but it's nice to have it in excess in the event you need to make an emergency stretcher or maybe a sled to drag equipment or gathering fire wood and so on.I've used and checked out tons of similar items that have fishing hooks and other extras in them but those ones are usually pretty low quality. This one is literally so well made and designed with so much common sense a blind dude figured it out without help aside from the fire started thing. If you camp or are into survival or know someone who is this is a fantastic item!

The Paracord being adjustable is really helpful considering I have somewhat small wrists. The striker is pretty neat but not needed at this moment. The whistle is loud and the clip is sturdy.Most importantly, and with all the negative reviews pointing this out, the compasses work great. They point north as they should. Of course, you do have to unclip the band for it to work because of the metal piece. If you want to wear it as a compass, you can remove the metal piece.It's actually handy to have it unclipped. Why make a big fuss out of a little thing?

★★★★★ I read some reviews stating that the compass doesn't work properly. Those reviews, that also displayed pictures, showed that the compass doesn't point North...but I noticed that in those pictures that the bracelet was clipped around the arm of the user. That's the issue. It seems some people don't understand how a MAGNETIC compass works.When the bracelet is clipped together, the magnetic compass is right next to the metal fire striker. The metal striker cause the compass to show incorrect directions due to the magnet in the compass. To get the correct North direction, unclip the bracelet, lay the compass flat, tap the compass lightly in order to move the air bubble, and KEEP THE COMPASS AWAY FROM METAL.Everything else about this bracelet functions properly, and we'll be using these on all of our backpacking trips.

Gave this one a trial and was expecting a few good items and probably the rest consisted of flimsy items, but was so impressed that all items in this kit are heavy duty/tactical grade specially the military knife, tungsten pen, 11-in-1 pocket card, paracord bracelet, rod fire starter and flashlight. The case comes with a small carabiner and a pouch and it does not have a strong chemical smell. The size of the case and pouch are very compact and you can easily keep it in the glove compartment of your car. The pocket knife is super SHARP, so be careful when handling that!! The knife's handle came with a tiny scratch but it's just a very minor cosmetic imperfection. I loved this kit!

★★★★☆ I'm hoping to get back to hiking soon. Never really had much need for actual survival kits. But, hoping to do some real deep wood hiking soon, figured I should start collecting things. Sure, the price of this kit should be your first indication that it's not going to be top notch. Several of the items are definitely worthwhile. I'm a knife collector and this knife is worth about $10. Really, everything in it probably adds up to the total price. Having a flashlight, tourniquet, 2 compasses, some tools - it's really not that bad. Not sure why they would even include 2 bandaids. That's pretty worthless. But, there's some worth to just about everything included, it's just not the quality I would actually want to take with me. Would be great if you lived in an area that you might experience some kind of weather disaster.Good luck getting everything back in the plastic box it comes in.My advice is - if you want real survival gear, buy high quality items separately. Build your own kit. This one is good for small needs, but I wouldn't chance my life on this kit.

Mark the expiration date of the water on the outside so you can replace it in five years. Everything else is shelf stable for 30 or so years. Some room for additional equipment. I recommend:- Loose, extra batteries- Crank Radio/Phone Charger- Matches/Lighters... Yes, you can use the flint, but why would you want to work that hard? Get some cheap Bics)- Small bottle of high-quality vodka/rum/whisky. Just, you know, in case.

★☆☆☆☆ After opening this pack and going through its contents to ensure it had what we needed based on our location, I only added the following to the pack:- a better first aid kit- batteries for the included lanterns- a battery bank for our phonesits important that you go through everything in this kit to ensure you have everything you need. batteries for the included lantern would have been great for the company to throw in. the first aid kit is severely lacking, and i would recommend purchasing a premade kit or building your own. this is a very budget friendly pack for a vehicle, but once i went to zip it back up,the zipper on the main compartment broke. this is one of the most important parts of this kit and it failed on its first use.the zipper that holds all your contents together and ready to take with you at a moments notice when disaster strikes could potentially render all your gear useless if it cant even keep it together in one place. that is the reason i have given this backpack a 1 star review. the construction of this backpack is such that the zipper itself cannot easily be repaired. I purchased two of these kits and will be looking at upgrading the pack itself since it wouldn't even pass as a child's school backpack

The stove, Ferrocerium rod, and actual meals were awesome. Paid over $360 and I bought it was well worth it, but when it arrived I was missing over half of the kit. It was like they packed the bag for a two person kit, but missed that mark too. Not to mention one of the water quarts (which was not even supposed to be in the bag per the description) was leaking in the bottom of the bag. Full list of missing items below. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! ★★★★★ The best survival kit! Here is why. The knife included. It is the star of this show. The knife alone is a $30 knife, I actually love this knife more than my Gerber Bear Grylls knife. The Weyland knife has a much better blade shape. The Gut Hook is very sharp and great for hunters. Not a hunter? It cuts cordage pretty easy as well. The knife is full tang (1 piece of steel) and you will not break this knife. Can hammer it through wood or chop or split. It is balanced nicely and the grip is superior it my Gerber Bear Grylls. Easy to hold and has a lot of weight to it. Everything in the kit is well thought out. The saw with the handles is highest quality makes cutting branches very easy. It has 2 whistles one on the signal mirror and one on the fire starter. The flint in the fire starter screws in and appears to be replaceable. The sparker/flint works great and has cotton to get a fire started. The flash light is very bright with a 6” beam and it feels like quality. The multi tool again has weight to it, you are not going to break it or strip it using it as a wrench or cutting device. The bracelet has a screw in pin which can be used as an anchor. And has multiple sizing. Or the pin itself has an eyelet you could use as a fishing line anchor. The compass works great and again has some quality weight to it. Not a tin compass. There is enough room in the case to add a few items you may want to add. Like additional fire starter, poncho, alcohol swabs, bandages, water filtration tablets, fishing line/rubber worm hook/bobber/anchor. The case is smooth and has 4 clamps to secure it down. This case totes very easily in a small backpack or even a purse. I keep this kit in my car and it comes in hand. This is a great kit to buy if you only use the knife and keep the kit as a bonus. It’s a great gift for any outdoorsman.

★★★★☆ Knife while sheethed doesn't fit in it's box. The compass is sturdy, the hand saw is average and good for now. The little card multi tool is cool to look at but mediocre at best and for me just a paper weight, may as well add a foldable multi tool and replace it. The blanket is a cool feature. The box itself is cheap as expected and not water tight if you were wondering. The aimable signel mirror is a nice touch and seems sturdy enough, better than many I've seen. And the fire starter is okay but could be complimented better with a kindling container you could add yourself. Paracord bracelet is a usual novelty but seems like you could utilize it in a pinch for rabbit trap, knife handle, or turn the blanket into a suspended makeshift tent.. Over all the knife seems to be the nicest piece. Only used it lightly so far, not on anything brutal like chopping. But this kit seems better than many others in the price range, however larger. Don't expect a life saver "all you need" kit, just a cool little add on for your bug out or camping gear.

★☆☆☆☆ First, Flashlight - weak, even with a new battery. Does not focus. I replaced it with a 500 lumen miniature headlamp.Second, Saw - Can cut but made of questionable materials - not rugged. I have a good saw as part of my EDC so put it in the case instead of the one that was included.Third, Compass - seems fine. Nice finish (so, I need to make a leather case for it)Fourth, Multi-Card Tool - Other than a bottle opened (which almost every tool has anyway) the tool is too small to be useful for most tasks that it should be able to do. I would not recommend that anyone risk the potential injuries that would probably occur trying to use it for the blade functions.Fifth, Signal Mirror - Adequate. However, they would be better off making this a magnifier for starting fires.Sixth, Kubotan/glass breaker/fire starter - Too small for gripping well if trying to break glass.Ferro rod is very thin and while I can spark a fire with it, my $5 ferro rod from a local store creates much more sparks with less effort. Cotton is too small. A normal-size cotton ball will burn (w/o vaseline) for 25 - 30 seconds. The included cotton is less than a tenth the size of a regular cotton ball. Good luck with that.The fire-striker. Forget it - way too small, especially in cold weather when the hands do not grip well or you need to keep gloves on.Whistle - not very loud. However, I have a hearing disability. My wife, on the other hand has super hearing, is not impressed with the volume when I blow the whistle from across the room.The Emergency Blanket - we used to call them space blankets. One the best parts of this kit but only useful if you know how to properly use it.Seventh, Knife - Big and full tang with some weight to it. Let's go over the functionality of it:Sheath - I'm already making a leather sheath since I have never been impressed with this type of material for any tool (a knife is a tool) that might actually see frequent usage.Guthook - completely unnecessary. That, coupled with the tapered spine makes batoning more difficult as it will chew through the batons quite rapidly. My $6 knife from a local discount store batons better and holds a sharp edge (razor sharp). This blade requires breaks from doing work to resharpen it. Not impressed with the edge at all.Combo blade - either make it full-plain (which I prefer) or serrate the entire edge. The serrations are only one inch in length so it's not much use for anything. Don't tell me about cutting cordage because a sharp-plain edge will do a much better job of making a clean cut, quickly than these serrations.Slot through the face of blade - usable if I need to turn levers.Gimping - generally a good idea for all full tang knives.The printed info for the kit indicates to go to their website to download an instruction book (which they sell for $7.99). Unfortunately, you have to give out your email and hope they actually send it. I haven't received the PDF yet.I had been a wilderness survival instructor for several years and am not impressed with this survival kit as I've already replaced many of their items with better ones.PS - I received this as a gift so I will not openly complain about it.

Gloves and bandages for when you cut your hand trying to get that damn 10mm socket stuck in that tiny hole in the engine compartment that I have no idea does but cut me open like a victim in a Friday the 13th movie. Bright flashlight with strobe function! (If you have an issue with strobe lights don't flash yourself). The bag the kit comes in couldn't be better, well built, built in pockets to keep things organized. Fast shipping! I'm talkin about faster than my first time with that girl from around the block... but that's a different story. I would definitely recommend this product to any BAMF out there that needs to patch up a gunshot wound or a paper cut! 10/10

★★★★★ When it comes to first aid kit, I prefer to spend on a more quality kit than a 300 pcs kit that has 150 cotton swabs. This kit covers nearly all emergency medical situations I might encounter. The size is perfect to carry, and the molle strap is just brilliant. The bag also leaves a little room for your own improvement. In sum, everything was carefully packed inside of the bag, and the overall quality is superb. Assembly the kit by myself would cost double the price, great purchase!

★★★★★ I've lived in the Northwest for the better part of the last couple of decades, and winter driving was always something that I was cautious about. When my family lived in a small rural town and we made trips to "the big city", we'd pack some extra items just in case, which is great to try to plan ahead. The problem was we always planned on the best case scenario of somebody showing up not too long afterward instead of the worst case scenario which could mean one or two days of waiting. Not long after the winter weather began setting in for this year, I could not avoid the posts from friends and family on facebook about cars getting stuck on the roadside due to hazardous conditions and that got me thinking about what I would need if that happened to me.It didn't take long for me to find the EVERLIT kit. It's got quite a few of the essentials that you might need if you ever find yourself in a situation where you will definitely be waiting for a considerable amount of time. An emergency blanket for warmth, a flashlight, a compass on a paracord bracelet, a flint for starting a fire, knife, and first aid essentials like bandages, antiseptic wipes, and more. The pack is certainly versatile; you can store it in your vehicle, or attach it to a backpack or other worn equipment, doubly so if you own or are familiar with MOLLE/MOLLE II equipment. I can say that it is worth the investment if you are looking for something to help you in a situation where help may not be available for quite some time.

After going through the items in the bag, all materials were accounted for and the individual tools were of high quality which was nice to see. Although I don't have much experience with creating my own emergency bags, I can say that this comes with basically everything I would have wanted to put in my own bag. One thing to note, the two front pockets were empty, so there is space to add additional items if you want. Also the main bag has some space as well, so I added a water purifying straw as well as as some extra batteries.Overall a great bag that fulfills my needs and would be used for any emergency. I'm thinking about getting one for my car as well.

★★★★★ I think this 72 hour kit for 2 people is pretty comprehensive on the necessities and the flashlight all in one charger/ radio is pretty nice as well. While the bag checks off a lot of what you should have in a 72 hour kit, dont forget to have some spare clothes stashed as well for an emergency along with seasonal appropriate apparel. Our family will use this as our core supply, however we plan to have our own bags as well (clothes, sleeping bag, other essentials in the emergency, etc...)

★★★★★ There isn’t much more one would need in here if the worst happened. This disaster preparedness kit/bag has all the necessities. Mine is for 2 people. It is sold in size of how many individuals will be using it. It saved us from going shopping for all these things and putting it together ourselves. You may be able to make your own if you prefer. A trip to the Army-Navy store would have many of these items.The only thing omitted are some writing implements that the seller indicated would be arriving at a later date. We have ours stored in our garage. They also recommend you write down personal information, insurance and telephone numbers you might need, such as physicians, a list of meds you take and any health issues, copies of passports, etc; and add cash. ATM’s may not be working after an earthquake. Start a personal emergency fund now if you haven’t already and add a little to it weekly or monthly. You may need it.

★★★★★ I bought it for myself and i am a lady and i live in area where there is a lot of hiking area. The bag is much bigger than i thought. It is a size of a cross body bag and i am surprised at what i get for the price i paid for.I LOVE the completeness of the items.Even a knife and multitool alone can easily cost 30-40 bucks, what's more they also throw in pouches, first aid kit, flash light, tactical pen, bellow, emergency blanket, rain poncho, emergency whistle, and etc.The price is a steal. This has to be a standalone statement because you get more than what you paid for.I don't care too much about the compass and fire starter but it is a good addition.

★★★★★ I read all of the reviews like I always do, and I take that with a grain of salt, like I always do.This time however, I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked this was, AND how well the inside products were made.The ONLY thing in here that I would call "cheap" would be the tweezers, the disposable raincoat, and the space blanket. The thing about those is that they are always cheap-o stuff, so nothing really new there. The tweezers being plastic is not a big thing at all, I mean, they appear to do the same thing as a metal pair would.The "tactical knife" and the knock-off Leatherman, plus the compass all make up for it though, these are better quality than you would expect. The compass being the lesser of those, but still, 'usually' you would get a plastic compass that doesn't even know what north is, much less know where it is.The "Leatherman" multi-tool is REALLY nice quality, no, it is not exactly "Leatherman" quality, (I'm guessing, I have never owned one) but I have owned a cheap-o multi-tool and this is light years ahead of that. It is heavy-duty, well-made, it has all of the right things that a normal Leatherman/multi-tool would have, so in this kit, this tool stands out.The tactical knife is even good enough quality that it doesn't have that cheap-o feel to it, I am sure that there are those out there that have a LOT better knives than this one, I have a knife that I always carry that is considered a "cheap-o" and I love it, it does all that I need, and more. This one is of equal quality to me, it will do what is asked of it, I have no doubt.I have never really owned a medical kit of a kit that has any of this stuff in it, so I can't compare it to much in my own life, although, I know what cheap feels like, and what quality is. This kit is the latter.I, of course, have not tested the majority of this out, thank God, but the main things in here are well made, and it's a very thoughtful kit that was put together by someone that knows 'stuff', I'd say. Sure, there are better kits outthere, but at this price point I kind of doubt it.If I could afford it right now, I would buy one for EACH vehicle I own, plus one for the house. If I didn't buy this brand, I would look around and see what is out there, I didn't have high hopes for this, it was more of a test to see how well the contents were made, as it turns out, I love it. This was just one of those times that things actually worked out, that is rare for me in this day and age. Quality stuff AND I didn't get gouged by crazy prices!So, I said I'd have one in each vehicle, what this purchase did was open my eyes to what I might need in certain situations..I mean, I REALLY doubt that I might need that pen that has the window smasher on it to break out of my truck as I am sinking in a river, BUT, I sure might need it to save a dog that is inside of a car, where someone might leave the pet in harm's way. (Even a human baby!)If you were camping, I can see a LOT of the contents of this bag being used, the First Aid part, the wire saw, maybe the flashlight, that kind of stuff, you never really know until you need it.The multi-tool could be carried in your Every Day Carry (EDC), it's that good, but personally, I'll leave it where it is in the bag until I need it. (I am retired, so I rarely am out and about like most would be)Same goes with the knife, pretty good stuff!The flashlight is NOT a strong light, but, as a flashlight, it seems to be very well-made, and it works. I was really surprised that there was no battery in this kit, I looked, but no battery, whether or not it's supposed to be one in this kit, I don't know. If you don't have one in your kit, it is a AA battery, from looking inside where the battery goes, to me, it looked like some kind of a weird-sized battery, but, it's just a normal Double AA...At this time of my purchase it is mid-December 2020, it cost me $47.99, which sounds to be very fair to me.

★★★★☆ Everything in the kit seems fine and functional although the survival bracelet compass is off and it would likely get you lost in a real situation and I haven't tested the flint and scraper, I recommend buying a nice, high quality compass separate to replace the one in the kit just in case even though it read as accurate (the only issue is the one on the bracelet so far). Please be warned when you're reading reviews, they bribe customers with E-Gift cards to get 5 stars so the ratings might be a bit off, I'm not falling for it because I want people to know the real truth.

Mine is going in my car and will be replacing the old one I have in there. You could definitely survive in the wilderness with this it’s it’s got first aid, knives, spoons, fire starters, things to catch fish with, blanket, anything you can think of. Seriously, a lot of stuff. In addition, the case is brilliantly designed.

I highly recommend putting the batteries backwards in the flash light. They don't consume electricity this way, and use the extra room, which there is a lot of, to store other emergency things you may need. I totally intend to take this hiking, so I'll put some snacks in here, just so I become dependent on it. Super cool

This is the only kit I have seen with a hammer. This is everything you need camping and it is compact. I could not believe how sturdy the items are. The flashlight is extra bright and I love that they put batteries in it also. You will not be sorry about this purchase all items are quality made. I had bought it as a gift but this one is definitely going to be a gift to myself. The case has a little extra room to store a power bank in it. There is no need for a toolbox this has everything you need for camping. I really like the snowflake tool and have taken it out to put in my motorcycle bag.
