2014 midterm elections

It is all over but the crying.  Democrats lost, Republicans won.

What amazes me is the total deflection by the Democrats.  As far as some of the Democrats are concerned, they lost because of some made up reason.  According to an article on HotAir, Obama blames his own party for their losses.  According to the article Democrats were fighting an uphill battle to start with.

Yes democrats were fighting an uphill battle, because of all the lying obama has done.  Where the help for college students?  Where is our health care that cost as much as a cell phone bill?  Where are the jobs?  Where is all the stuff we were promised?  They were lies, all lies.

The leader of the Democratic party is not even willing to take partial responsibility for the election results.  Maybe, just maybe, people walking out on obama should have tipped him off on how the election was going to end up.

Your own party members and your voters do not want to associate with you.  Then you blame your own party for losing the election?  Wow, just wow.

Why did Romney lose

Rate This Article

Here we are post-election scratching our heads and wondering what went wrong. Did obama win, or did romney lose? Obama won the election, but did romney help obama win the election?

The truth is, he should have never made it past the primaries. When the republican party elected romney as their candidate, the election was lost.

The more people learned about romney, the less they liked him.

Romney has too much baggage.

1 – The way romney made his money. There is nothing wrong with making money, it was “how” romney made his money that working class people disagree with.

Romney did not create anything. His investment firms bought, striped and then resold. That is not what made America great.

You not know what made America great? We built stuff. People like Henry Ford, people that created a product that people wanted.

What jobs did romney create, what factories did he have built? All I heard about was him and his investment firms sending jobs to china.

2 – Taxes. Working class people pay their fair share of taxes, and we expect our leaders to pay their fair share of taxes as well.

Exploiting tax loopholes with offshore banking accounts is not cool. That kind of behavior looks like romney was trying to hide something.

Why didn’t romney release his tax history? Was he trying to hide something?

3 – NRA rating / gun control. Romney does not have a clear record on gun regulation. In 2004 romney signed an assault-weapons ban.

Then he turns around and says he supports the right to own firearms.

This back-and-forth behavior does not go over well with gun owners. You can not sign an assault rifle ban, then turn around and say you support gun ownership.

If you want to win over gun owners, you have to make your stance very clear.

4 – No new ideas. What new ideas did romney bring to the table? Repeal the income tax? Stop free trade? Bring our factories back from china?

How was romney any different then obama, the bushs or clinton?

The working class knows how to fix the nation, and that is to stop free trade and bring our factories back from china.  But none of the people running for office will tell the people what they want to hear.

Your ignorance is their strength

Have you ever wondered why the United States is in the shape it is?

Have you ever wondered why China gets most favored trade nation status year after year?

Have you ever wondered where the factories have gone?

Have you ever wondered why everything has “made in china” marked on it?

Have you ever wondered why our taxes are so high?

The answer to those questions, and many more is “your ignorance is their strength”.

The less you know, the better off the corporations and the government are.  What allows mega-corporations to send millions of jobs overseas?  The answer is simple, the people keep voting the same two political parties into office year after year and decade after decade.

The political atmosphere of the U.S. is like a tennis game.  You have two players (the two major parties) who play with the voters like a ball.  One political party will hit the ball to the opponents court through bad legislation.  Then the party that just received the ball will pass some unpopular laws and hit the voters back across the court.

Maybe its time for a new game?  Maybe its time to vote the two major parties out of office and replace them with someone from the Libertarian party.

The problem is, most people are not, or can not bring themselves to vote for a party besides the big two.

Lets say you go to restaurant A and get terrible service.

You get so pissed off at restaurant A, you decide to give restaurant B a try.

You go to restaurant B, and its the same thing as restaurant A.

Why would you go back to restaurant A?  Why not give restaurant C a try?

That is what voting is like.  People refuse to mark the box that would bring about real political change in this nation.

Your ignorance, and your inability to act, allows corruption to ring in every corner of the government.  It is that simple, if you want real change, then vote like it.

How much more fleecing can the nation take before it crumbles?  How many people do we have to have on welfare?  How many jobs have to go to china?  How many bridges have to collapse, how many children have to go hungry, what does unemployment have to get to, what does the price of food have to reach,,, before you are finally willing to take some kind of action on the matter?

Ask yourself, is this the kind of nation that you want to leave to your kids and grandkids?  Maybe that is why the birth rate has been decreasing in the past few years?

Federal workers earning $100,000 or more grew from 12% in 2006 to 22% in 2011.

77,000 federal employees earn more than the governors of their states.

Illegal immigrants cost the state of California more then 10.5 billion every year, and that is just for education.

Workers on Disability Exceed Population of 39 States.  Which means the population of the remaining 11 states are working to support the other 39 states.

Illinois Government Pensions Over $100,000 Up 27%.

Zombies Are Real

Rate This Article

Yep, you read that right, zombies are real. Not real as in wanting to eat your brains, but real as in mindless people with no sense of reason and incapable of higher thought.

To live a survivalist lifestyle, one should be open minded, open to new ideas, flexible, open to suggestions and open to change. To be closed minded, to be inflexible and not open to change sets a limit on how well we can adjust to change.

What caused the Neanderthal to go extinct?

What caused Cro-Magnon Man to go extinct?

What caused Homo-Erectus to go extinct?

Was it their inability to adjust to climate change? Was it their inability to adjust to changing food sources? Were they open to new ideas?

Sheeple zombies

Sheeple are the people that say “we have done it this way 100 years, there is no reason to change now”.   These are the people who resist any kind of change.  When sheeple are forced to change, they get angry and develop feels of resentment.  These are the people that are on a dead end road of life.

I wonder if some Neanderthal refused to change his hunting patterns with the changes in herd migration?

Did Crug the Neanderthal say to Doug the Neanderthal:

Crug: The herds have moved over there, lets move with them and get something to eat.
Doug: Why should we move? The herds have always been here, they will come back.
Crug: Doug, we are going to starve.
Doug: Na, the herds will come back.

The herds did not come back. Crug, Doug and their entire species are now part of the fossil record.

Do not be like Crug and Doug.  Be open to new ideas, be open to suggestions and be open to change.

The Libertarian Party, our only real answer

How many times do people have to vote for the two major parties before they realize there is no difference?

It took both parties to pass the North American Free Trade Agreement – NAFTA

It took both parties to pass the banking bailout scam.

It took both parties to pass the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade – GATT.

It is taking both parties to continue this war in Iraq.

It took both parties to establish the income tax.

It took both parties to send millions of our jobs to China, Taiwan and India.

It has taken both parties to increase our taxes to where they are today.

Do you realize that the average American spends about 1/2 of their income on taxes?
1. Social Security
2. Medicare / Mediciad
3. Income Tax – both at the state and federal levels
4. Property Tax
5. Sales Tax
6. Fuel Tax on Gasoline
7. FCC charges on your cable TV bill
8. FCC charges on your phone bill

And this is only part of the list.
