Judge Lisa Millard should be removed from office

Judge Lisa Millard sentenced Clifford Hall 6 months in in jail for a crime he did not commit.

It seems that his child support payments were modified without his knowledge, which violates the due process clause of the U.S. constitution. The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees that the government can not take a persons property or liberty without a chance to present their own evidence in a court of law.

Judge Lisa Millard should be removed from office and prohibited from every holding a public office, or any office that has authority over the people. Judge Lisa Millard along with the Harris county child support office is a perfect example of how dads are being driven into child support induced poverty.

Now that Clifford Hall is in jail how is he supposed to pay his child support?

Time To Ban The Mentally Ill

You are now entering the politically incorrect zone. If this post offends you,,,, good.

I am sick and tired of mentally ill people gong on shooting sprees. What is it going to take to keep those people off the streets?

If the government can require people to have a license to hunt, drive, get married,,,, why not require the mentally ill to get a permit or license?

If the government can prohibit the ownership of gold, why not prohibit mentally ill people? President obama should issue an executive order making families turn over their mentally ill to the government.

If the US government can force Native Americans to relocate to reservations, why can’t mentally ill people be forced to relocate to a guarded facility?

If the US government can force Japanese-Americans to be detained without due process of law, why cant the government detain the mentally ill?

If various states can force undesirable people to become sterilized, why cant we do something about the mentally ill?

What happened to the United States

What happened to the United States? Instead of being the land of the free, with liberty and justice for all, we are the land of cash cows with liberty and freedom for the rich. If you dare speak an opposing opinion, you are branded and outcast. If you speak out against the U.S. government, and travel to another country, the president sends a drone to kill you and whoever is with you.

Banks and wall street immune the law

One thing that really irritates me is hoe big banks and wall street can run over the people, and nothing is ever done.

Leading up to the 2008 housing crash, banks made loans to people who were not qualified to receive loans. The loans were then sold to investors. Wouldn’t that be considered fraud if anyone besides a bank did it?

Bank gets in trouble, the government rushes to shore it up.

People get in trouble, that is just too bad.

Chick-fil-A and the right to speak out

This Chick-fil-A issue and gay rights is getting really out of hand. If someone says they support gay rights, then someone else should have the right to say they do not support gay rights.

If some faggot wants to get his poo packed every night, I could not care less. I am kinda neutral on the issue. As long as the sex is between consenting adults, I do not care what happens in a bedroom. Just because I do not care does not mean I have to support the idea either.

Boycotting a company because they do not support gay rights is like the pot calling the kettle black. There are going to be issues all through life we agree with, neutral on, or disagree with. So what if a company does not support gays rights? So what? It is their right to voice their opinion.

Child Support Induced Poverty

I was wanting to read some child support horror stories, so I did a search for “child support induced poverty”. The funny thing is, no exact results came back.

Kevin Felts blogger and survivalistAre non-custodial parents embarrassed to talk about how the child support laws are like a meat grinder? Or how the custodial parent gets a free lawyer in child support court, but the non-custodial parent gets raped in the ass? Or how the state meat grinder attorney general looking for child support drives families into poverty?

Are people embarrassed to talk about these things? If so, maybe its time for a change.

Child support induced poverty is when the non-custodial parent is pushed into poverty through child support payments, and other ordered payments, such as mandated health care and orders to pay 1/2 of the health care bills.

What does the custodial parent have to do? Nothing but sit on their ass and collect payments. The custodial parent is in no way responsible for providing for the child. They are not required to provide health care coverage, not required to get a job,,, they are required to do “nothing”.

The thing with child support laws, the laws are supposed to make parents responsible for the children. When the non-custodial parent is not required to do anything, where is the responsibility in that?

What I am about to tell you is a true story. The names have been changed to protect the guilty.

Why people can not form their own opinion

Kevin Felts blogger and survivalistWhile going to school, you probably heard something like – Please do not interrupt the class, if you continue to do so, you will be sent to the office.

“If” we have enough time at the end of class you may voice your opinion at that time – but you will have to raise your hand and wait to be called on.

If we do not have enough time today, you may be able to ask your question of voice your opinion tomorrow. But I doubt we will have enough time tomorrow, because we have a lot of material to cover.

On second thought, maybe its best that you keep your opinion to yourself and let the teacher teach the class.
