The writing is on the wall, the United States is a on road of steady decline, and the U.S. government is preparing for widespread civil unrest.

Now for evidence to backup my statement:

China is Now the Biggest Trading Nation of the World – Forget trading with the United States.  Since the 1990s we have given our factories and our jobs to China.

The dollar is being replaced as the world currency – Now that China has the factories and the jobs, it’s just a matter of time before the before the Chinese yuan replaces the U.S. dollar.

What is the dollar backed by? A promise to repay our debt, and nothing more. What is going to happen when our debt grows to a point where it can not be repaid? Is the federal reserve going to print more money, which will fuel inflation?

The U.S. dollar is backed by nothing. Now its a matter of time before the rest of the world realizes that.

Homeland Security wants to buy more than 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition in the next four or five years – 1.6 billion rounds? How much ammunition do we need to fight a major conflict, say maybe with China?

Drones over U.S. soil – I sure hope those drones are being used in our war on drugs.

National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) – Just like what happened to Native Americans and Japanese Americans, get ready to be detained without due process, and as long as the government wants.

US Economy Shrank 0.1 Percent In Last Quarter 2012 – The largest shopping time of the year, and the economy shrinks?  Something is seriously wrong there.

Get Your Preps In Order

How does someone prepare for a slow decline? Wages have been stagnated since the 1990s while prices on everything else continue to go up.  The middle class is being forced into poverty, while our infrastructure collapses around us.

We are in a war of attrition with the wealthy, and sooner or later Wall Street is going to win.

Maybe homeland Security is buying ammunition for when the middle class finally collapses?  When people can not afford to buy food and pay rent, something will have to give.

Have you wondered how much contempt the government has for our service members? During the presidential inauguration parade, the rifles carried by the marines had their bolts removed. Also notice president obama is standing behind some form of glass, I am going to guess it was bulletproof lexan.

What kind of president do we have that our soldiers can not be trusted with weapons around him, and he stands behind bulletproof glass?

Ask yourself, should we trust a president who does not trust our service members?

While shopping at the local wal-mart here in Jasper Texas, I noticed a couple of things that made me stop and think.  One issue was the availability of ammunition, or rather the lack of ammunition.  The other issue I am deeply concerned about was the price of a whole fryer chicken.

Ammunition – Everyone and their brother and sister is panic buying all the ammunition they can get their hands on.  If civilians can strip the market of all available ammunition, where would this leave the United States if we entered a real war?  Iraq and Afghanistan are not “real” wars, they are minor conflicts.  The Iraq military is not bombing New York, L.A., Houston or Dallas, tens of thousands of US citizens are not dying every week, its not like in World War II when food and fuel were being rationed,,,.

The United States has some minor conflicts going on, but for some reason the store shelves have been empty of ammunition for close to a month and a half?

How would this translate if/when we have a major war with China?  The conflict does not have to be with China.  Lets replace China with <any major world power>.

Over the past few decades firearm manufacturing has been consolidated to a just a handful of companies.  there are a lot of companies out there, but very few of them manufacturer all of their own parts.  the situation is much worse with ammunition manufacturing.  Part of our national security depends on our ability to produce weapons of war.  The question I am asking myself is if the manufacturing base can keep up with demand.  Since the Sandy Hook shooting demand has been outstripping supply.

Lets be honest, the democratic party played their cards rather well. The party rallied enough special interest groups to get obama elected the first time, and then reelected.

Will the Republicans be able to win in 2016 or 2020? Until there is a change of leadership in the Republican party, I think they have no chance of winning the white house in the near future.

There are too many special interest groups who vote their interest, rather then voting for the best interest of the nation. The democratic party has appealed to those groups to win their vote.

If we had a candidate that said he was going to end free trade and put people back to work, the career welfare group would be scared to death. There is no way people drawing welfare are going to vote to end those benefits.

The same thing goes for illegal immigration, gays,,,, and all other special interest groups who have formed voting blocs.

The republicans stance on protecting the rich from higher taxes have alienated the middle class.

The republicans stance on immigration, abortion and gay rights have alienated the party from those voting blocs.

The republican party has become the party of old rich white men. Its just a matter of time before they die and are replaced.

In all honesty, regardless of which of the two major parties are in power, things will not change. If we want to change the nation, we have to change the way we vote.

Is there “really” that much of a difference between what bush did while president and what obama has done? At least bush did not go around killing US citizens with drone attacks.

Bush may have signed the patriot act, but obama signed the NDAA.

On the topic of illegal immigration, republicans saw illegal workers as low wage slaves. Over the past 30 years those low wage slaves had children in the US, and have formed voting blocs. And now, that Hispanic voting bloc has helped kick the republicans out of office.

The greed of the republicans will be their downfall.

The nation is screwed, and I mean royally screwed.

National Debt

The government is so far into debt, there is no way future generations can pay off the debt. As of the posting of this article the US Government is $16.4 trillion in debt. With credit card debt and student loan debt, we owe more like $58 trillion.

We are throwing millions of dollars to illegal immigrants. Between 2009 and 2011 we spent around $91 million on health care for illegal immigrants.

Social Security disability is expected to go bankrupt by 2016.

Congress is looking for ways to allow millions of illegal immigrants to become citizens.

If the nation is broke, how are we supposed to bankroll millions of new people collecting benefits?

Kidney stones suck

We were supposed to go to the homestead this weekend.  But on friday I started having pains so bad I had to take some Vicodin – which I have a prescription for.  The stupid stone did not pass over the weekend.

Do you know what gun owners need?  This will shut those gun hating liberals up for good.

What we need is an armed protest at the capital of all 50 states, including Washington D.C.

Washington D.C. has prohibited 30 round magazines, so everyone should bring their AR-15s and AK-47s loaded with 30 round magazines.  Then dare the Washington D.C. police to arrest 10,000+ armed protestors.

Gun owners are not those sissy occupy wall street protestors, free men carry guns, gun owners carry guns.

There are times when free men should talk, there are times when free men should vote, and then there are times when free men should stand up and say “hell no.”

We are getting close to the “hell no” phase.

Gun owners should step up with a show of force.  The government will not take our guns away, nor shall our rights be “restricted.”

If anything needs to be restricted, its people like Dianne Feinstein need to be restricted from holding any kind of public office. If she was talking about restricting abortion, or restricting immigration like she was doing with guns, she would probably be voted out of office in the next election.

We have let organizations like the NRA carry the torch long enough. It’s time law abiding gun owners step up to bat, and tell the government to piss off.

There has been a lot of talk from Dianne Feinstein and obama about gun control. My honest opinion on the matter, neither of them want the laws they are suggesting.

The only reason Dianne Feinstein and obama are talking about gun control, is to make the liberals happy, and to say they did “something” after the Aurora Colorado and Sandy Hook shootings.

Why would Dianne Feinstein and Obama be faking the call for gun control?
Because the proposed laws are too radical.

Proposed Gun Tax

Poll taxes were struck down. The government can not charge a fee or tax on a right. There is no fee to go to church, there is no fee or tax to vote, there is no special government fee or tax to read a newspaper or watch the evening news.

The gun control act of 1934 set reasonable limits on the ownership of fully automatic weapons. People can still own fully automatic weapons, but thy have to jump through hoops to do so.

Dianne Feinsteins proposal to pay a tax on a right will not stand up in court, and she knows it. But to make the liberal left happy, she has to introduce “something” in the wake of Sandy Hook. This is why Dianne Feinstein keeps getting relected, because she appeals to liberals.

Its not enough that our factories have been shipped to China, its not enough the Federal Reserve prints money out of thin air,,, but now the federal government is talking about running a gun buy back program.

40 members of Congress sent House Speaker John Boehner and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi a letter demanding a national gun buyback program.

Democrats argued, “Distributing funding to the states to run buyback programs using prepaid debit cards with a three-month expiration date could provide a jolt to local economies that have stagnated in the wake of the recession and concerns over the fiscal cliff.”

In other words, members of congress hope people are desperate enough that we are willing to sale our guns.

Give it a few more years, and if another liberal democrat gets elected, we can probably kiss our guns goodbye.

If a buyback program does not work, then lets look for an presidential executive order ordering people to hand in their military style firearms.

Executive Order 6102 signed on April 5, 1933, by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt forbid the hording of gold. Executive Order 6102 required all persons to deliver on or before May 1, 1933, all but a small amount of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates owned by them to the Federal Reserve, in exchange for $20.67

If FDR can issue an executive order ordering people to turn in their gold, Obama can do the same thing with military style weapons.

How long until we are nothing more then disarmed peasants?

The federal government and wall street are going to make us homeless in the very nation that our forefathers conquered. We have slowly lost our birthright, and that birthright is to live in peace within our community, to own land, to home a home, to raise our children as we see fit.

All of the people who voted for obama, I hope you are happy. You are going to get your change, but maybe not the change you had hoped for.

Obama won California during the election, and now Dianne Feinstein is going to introduce new gun control legislation.

“I’m going to introduce in the Senate, and the same bill will be introduced in the House — a bill to ban assault weapons,” Feinstein said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

“It will ban the sale, the transfer, the importation and the possession, not retroactively, but prospectively,” and ban the sale of clips of more than ten bullets, Feinstein said. “The purpose of this bill is to get… weapons of war off the streets.”

In other words, the many will have to pay for the crimes of the few.

I wish I would have bought a case of Russian made AK-47s back in the late 1980s when they were $75 each. They would be worth a small fortune right about now.

Its not the guns that are to blame, its the mentally ill shooters that are to blame.

Never underestimate the power of liberals in large groups. As they will try to exploit tragedies like the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting for their own gain.

But that is how socialist work, they will take the people when they are at their weakest, and try to push some kind of new law through congress. Now is not the time to talk about gun control. Give the people time to morn, then lets talk about the issues.

And the issue is not the guns, but how a mentally ill person could get into the school.

Its sad that our nation has come to this, that our children are not safe, that we have to worry about our safety wherever we go.

I am sick and tired of supporting people who are too lazy, or too stupid to get a job.  Why should I work a 40 hour a week job, pay child support, pay for health care, barely scrap by,,, when people on welfare get all kinds of free stuff.

I want me some free food.

I want me some free housing.

I want someone to help me pay my electric bill.

I want the state to pay for my kids health care.

Right now I pay close a little over $600 a month for health care and temporary disability insurance.

I have been working since 1984, and what do I have to show for it?  Not too much.  I may not make a lot of money, but shouldn’t I be able to keep a good percentage of what I earn?

Health insurance alone takes a HUGE bite out of my pay check.  Instead of helping the working class out, taxes and health care cost continue to skyrocket.  I have not received a cost of living raise in something like 5 years.  During that 5 years prices continue to spiral out of control.

You want to know what the problem is?  I was raised with this little thing called a work ethic.  A work ethic is this concept that I believe I should support myself and my family.

Up until around the 1990s there was a stigma that went along with being on welfare.

Today, it seems that people are proud to be on welfare.  I gots me some welfare and food stamps,,,, and people see no issue with that.

Welfare is a form of stealing.  The government takes from those that do, and gives to those that do not.  Too lazy to work?  No problem, here is your housing voucher, cell phone, and food stamps.

I am pissed off that this welfare nation reelected obama.  It seems that very few people care about the greater good.  Who in their right mind would vote for welfare reform if they are on welfare.  The more people on welfare, the better chance the democrats have of being reelected.

Democrats – we will just tax the rich,,, I mean the middle class

Republicans and Democrats – maybe the federal reserve can print more money?  Yay, more money to spend,,,,,,.

Sooner or later that “printing more money” has to be paid back.  Why is going to be paying the bill?  Not the people on welfare because they aint got no job.

By reelecting obama, special interest groups screwed the working middle class up the ass.  One day this house of cards is going to come crashing down.

When the house of cards does come crashing down, there is going to be hell to pay.

On election day, November 6, 2012 it became clear the voting demographics of the United States has changed. White working class, heterosexual, conservative, are no longer the majority. We are still out here, but we no longer hold the majority of the vote.

Instead of white conservatives holding the majority, a collection of special interest groups and liberals hold the majority.

How did obama win the election? Because he won the votes of liberals, blacks, hispanics, and gays. People are no longer unified behind a common idea. Instead, we are divided along racial, religious, ideology and economic lines.

People no longer vote for what is best for the nation, they vote for their special interest groups.

Why did obama win the hispanic vote? Because he talked about giving millions of illegal immigrants amnesty. A family member of an illegal immigrant voted for his cousin to stay in the nation, and that is why obama won the hispanic vote. Lets not worry about the fact that illegals are breaking the law.

If someone wants to become a US citizen, let them start by following our laws.

We can not blame someone for wishing to better their lives, and the lives of their children.

But if someone breaks our laws, then we can blame them for their willful neglect.  Illegal immigrants willfully break our laws.

Here we are post-election scratching our heads and wondering what went wrong. Did obama win, or did romney lose? Obama won the election, but did romney help obama win the election?

The truth is, he should have never made it past the primaries. When the republican party elected romney as their candidate, the election was lost.

The more people learned about romney, the less they liked him.

Romney has too much baggage.

1 – The way romney made his money. There is nothing wrong with making money, it was “how” romney made his money that working class people disagree with.

Romney did not create anything. His investment firms bought, striped and then resold. That is not what made America great.

You not know what made America great? We built stuff. People like Henry Ford, people that created a product that people wanted.

What jobs did romney create, what factories did he have built? All I heard about was him and his investment firms sending jobs to china.

2 – Taxes. Working class people pay their fair share of taxes, and we expect our leaders to pay their fair share of taxes as well.

Exploiting tax loopholes with offshore banking accounts is not cool. That kind of behavior looks like romney was trying to hide something.

Why didn’t romney release his tax history? Was he trying to hide something?

3 – NRA rating / gun control. Romney does not have a clear record on gun regulation. In 2004 romney signed an assault-weapons ban.

Then he turns around and says he supports the right to own firearms.

This back-and-forth behavior does not go over well with gun owners. You can not sign an assault rifle ban, then turn around and say you support gun ownership.

If you want to win over gun owners, you have to make your stance very clear.

4 – No new ideas. What new ideas did romney bring to the table? Repeal the income tax? Stop free trade? Bring our factories back from china?

How was romney any different then obama, the bushs or clinton?

The working class knows how to fix the nation, and that is to stop free trade and bring our factories back from china.  But none of the people running for office will tell the people what they want to hear.

There is an old saying “stupid is as stupid does.” In this case stupid reelected obama.

What the hell is wrong with people? Why would anyone vote for obama?

Why would you vote for someone that would force you to buy a product? Would you tolerate walmart forcing you to buy something? How about target? Would you shop at walmart or target if you were forced to buy a product from them? But that is what obama is doing with your health insurance.

obama signed the NDAA into law. Which allows the government to detain US citizens without due process of law? Why would anyone vote for 4 more years of that?

Why did romney lose?

1, Because the republicans picked someone that was not qualified to run against obama.

2, not enough people vote third party.

Voting for obama is like dividing by zero, it defies the laws of common sense.

This is why the founding fathers did not want the public electing the president, because people are stupid. But then again, the electoral college is not much better.

Why would anyone on the electoral college vote for someone who has US citizens killed? Anwar al-Aulaqi and his 16 year old son were both US citizens, and our government killed him with no judge or jury.

Instead of filing murder charges against obama, the electoral college reelects him?

What the hell is wrong with people?

Why was it wrong for nazi Germany to kill its own citizens, but we are doing the exact same thing.

He is a terrorist, kill him. No trial, no evidence, no nothing but an accusation.

And the people and the electoral college elect those types of people into office?

Our political system has failed to protect the people, and the failed to protect the best interest of the nation.

Do you want to know what amazes me about voters in the USA?  Its the level of stupidity.

If you want an example, look at the number of people who voted for obama.  The question is, why did they vote for him?  I am going to guess its because he is black.

Murder of US citizens – Would you vote for someone that approves of US citizens being killed without a trial? That is what happened with Anwar al-Aulaqi and his 16 year old son. How can people turn a blind eye to the government murdering its own citizens? And then the people want those officials elected back into office? What was Anwar al-Aulaqi guilty of? He spoke out against the government of the United States.

Detaining with no due process – Would you like to be arrested and detained forever? No access to a lawyer, no bail, no contact with friends or family,,,, no nothing but a prison cell. Get a speeding ticket, its off to prison forever. Sound silly? But that is what has happened. The US government has detained suspected terrorist for a decade. Obama promised to close the prison camps, but we see how far that went.

Obama signed the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) into law. Which allows the government to detain people with no due process. What doe that mean? It means federal agents can kick in your front door in the middle of the night, and you will just “disappear”.

One of the corner stones of our legal system is that no person shall be devoid of life, liberty or property without due process of law.  But yet our government can kill US citizens at will?

And people vote for that kind of government, are they stupid or just retarded?  At least retards have an excuse for poor decisions.  What excuse do people have for voting for obama?

Forcing you to buy a product – Would you approve of someone ordering you to purchase a product? Go to the local grocery store, decide you do not want anything. As you walk out the doors a police officer is there who orders you to return to the store until you buy something. If you do not buy anything, you will be issued a ticket. But instead of a grocery store and the police, its the IRS who is going to be fining people who do not buy insurance.

You think the middle class is having a rough time now? Just wait until they are forced to buy healthcare insurance.

You think small businesses are having a rough time? Just want until they have to start providing healthcare to their employees.

Someone tell me why anyone would vote for obama?

Jobs and free trade – Were you hoping obama would bring jobs back to the USA? Then why is he signing free trade agreements with South Korea, Panama and Colombia? Do you really think people in Panama and Colombia can afford a new Chevy truck? Those free trade agreements are so companies can exploit cheap labor in those countries.

How are we supposed to get jobs when obama continues to give our jobs away?

You want to know where the middle class will be working in a few years?  At places like walmart, starbucks, mcdonalds, burger king,,, because the good paying manufacturing jobs are going overseas.

Someone explain to me why anyone would vote for obama?

I voted early, and I voted for Gary Johnson of the Libertarian party.

Why did I vote for Gary?

Because I vote for real change.

Besides voting for Gary Johnson, I voted straight line Libertarian party in all local, state and federal seats up for election.

As long as the people keep voting the same two political parties into office, nothing will ever change or improve.

Why should an elected official care if the people are mad? The people are just going to vote the person back into office again and again and again.

When the elected officials see there parties are losing ground, and they are going to be voted out of office, maybe they will start supporting the people.

People get tunnel vision in voting for the president, and forget the popular vote does not count. The president is not elected by the people.

The founding fathers knew regular people were too stupid to elect the president, and they were right. Regular everyday people do not stay up on the issues or current events. If everyday working people stayed up on the issues, the two major parties would have been kicked out of office 100 years ago.
