2014 midterm elections

It is all over but the crying.  Democrats lost, Republicans won.

What amazes me is the total deflection by the Democrats.  As far as some of the Democrats are concerned, they lost because of some made up reason.  According to an article on HotAir, Obama blames his own party for their losses.  According to the article Democrats were fighting an uphill battle to start with.

Yes democrats were fighting an uphill battle, because of all the lying obama has done.  Where the help for college students?  Where is our health care that cost as much as a cell phone bill?  Where are the jobs?  Where is all the stuff we were promised?  They were lies, all lies.

The leader of the Democratic party is not even willing to take partial responsibility for the election results.  Maybe, just maybe, people walking out on obama should have tipped him off on how the election was going to end up.

Your own party members and your voters do not want to associate with you.  Then you blame your own party for losing the election?  Wow, just wow.

Crimea votes to join Russia

Rate This Article

With about half the votes counted so far the vote to return Crimea to Russia is a landslide with around 93% of the voters voting to join Russia.

This is a vote by the people and for the people.  The problem is, people such as president Obama and organizations such as the European Union are calling the vote illegal. How can the will of the people be illegal? Comments by people such as president obama and john McCain show how much our own government cares about the will of the people.

International observes who observe elections noted that the elections are going well and there are no signs of voter intimidation.

Senator John McCain called for “a fundamental re-assessment” of the United States’ relationship with Russian Vladimir Putin. The people of Crimea have spoken, they wish to return to Russia. That is Democracy in its purest form, and McCain is mad?

John Kerry has mentioned sanctions against Russia for this Crimea situation. Why would Kerry want to have sanctions against Russia when this is the will of the people?

There is a problem there.

The problem is not Putin or Crimea.

The problem is people such as Senator John McCain, Kerry and president Obama not respecting the will of the people.

We really need to ask ourselves, why do we have people like McCain and Obama in elected offices?
