Support for gun control fading

Good news ladies and gentlemen.  The Independent Journal Review posted an article detailing how Americans are Getting Tired of Gun Control Pushes. Support for more gun control is waning across all political parties, including liberals and democrats.  This should be common sense, gun control does not reduce violent crime. Criminals do not care about laws. Society should take the people who mental problems and ensure they receive help. Democrats (from 79% to 71%) Liberals (from 75% to 67%) Women (from 69% 55%) Republicans (from 39% to 29%) If democrats and liberals want to reduce violent crime: 1. Open community colleges in low income housing areas. Make attendance mandatory for anyone living in public housing. Provide people on welfare with a clear path out of poverty.  Continue Reading….

Judge Lisa Millard should be removed from office

Judge Lisa Millard sentenced Clifford Hall 6 months in in jail for a crime he did not commit.

It seems that his child support payments were modified without his knowledge, which violates the due process clause of the U.S. constitution. The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees that the government can not take a persons property or liberty without a chance to present their own evidence in a court of law.

Judge Lisa Millard should be removed from office and prohibited from every holding a public office, or any office that has authority over the people. Judge Lisa Millard along with the Harris county child support office is a perfect example of how dads are being driven into child support induced poverty.

Now that Clifford Hall is in jail how is he supposed to pay his child support?

Thoughts on civil rights

For as long as humanity has existed there has been slavery, upper and lower class, kings, peasants, racism and hatred for one class or another. Everywhere humanity goes we spread inequality like a disease. The Romans denied the Northern tribes equal protection, and it contributed to the downfall of Rome. Southern slave owners helped tear this nation apart with a civil war. The civil rights movement of the 1960s turned violent. Now gays are the primary focus for civil rights. This time period we live in has been a turning point for humanity. What is sad, really sad, is that we as civilized human beings have to go through this long drawn-out legal process. We are paying for the sins of our fathers. Sins that Continue Reading….

Beaumont Texas man arrested for carrying rifle

KBMT news is reporting Beaumont police arrested a man for lawfully carrying a rifle. The incident happening in Parkdale Mall in Beaumont Texas. It is reported that he has a store in the mall where he sells firearm accessories, but no actual firearms are sold there. He was allowed to have the rifle at the store for demonstration purposes. While walking to the store, with the AR-15 slung over his back, several people called the police. The police responded and arrested the man.

I never thought I would see the day when a police force in southeast Texas did not support gun rights. The article says the man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Chances are the guy will be charged under Section 42.01 of the Texas Penal Code, which states,

Sec. 42.01. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. (8) displays a firearm or other deadly weapon in a public place in a manner calculated to alarm;

The problem is, the rifle was slung over the guys shoulder, muzzle down. This is in no way “calculated to alarm”. Continue Reading….

Treat Firearms Like Other Rights

The Communist Senator Dianne Feinstein is purposing all firearms be registered, and all gun owners go through a background check for said guns.

The answer is NO, I will not register my guns.

Just as reading a bible is a right, going to church, writing a book, reading a newspaper, voting, right to due process under the law, right to trial by jury, right to legal council, right to a speedy trial,, are all rights, so is gun ownership.

Gun ownership is a right, and will treated no differently then any other right.

When I have to register my bible, I will register my guns.

When I have to register my blog, I will register my guns.

When I have to have a permit to read a newspaper, I will register my guns.

When I have to have a permit to read a news website, I will register my guns.

Free speech and freedom of religion

Over the past few days there has been a lot of talk on the internet about freedom of speech, and how that speech might anger certain religious groups.

If you are offended by what someone says about your religion, too bad. Being offended does not grant you special rights. Being offended does not grant you the right to restrict the rights of others.

The Muslims and the Jews say Jesus was not the messiah. That denial is offensive to me. How dare they say Jesus was not the messiah. I think Jews and Muslims need to shut the hell up, and accept Jesus as the messiah.

As much as we have the right to follow a religion, we should also have the right to be free from religion.

If someone chooses not to follow a religion, nobody should have the right to force their religion upon others. So where do Muslims get off killing Christians who renounce Islam? Continue Reading….

Obama Congress and the NDAA

Until the people change the way they vote, we will never have real change in government. An example of this is the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Part of the NDAA allows the government to detain US citizens with no access to due process.

In other words, the government can declare someone a terrorist, that someone could then be detained forever.

Why would a government that was supposed to be founded individual freedom wish to detain people without due process?

Article at RT – Obama wins right to indefinitely detain Americans under NDAA

This case will go all the way to the supreme court. I am willing to bet the supreme court rules the government can detain people that are deemed a national security risk.

The supreme court allows the government to play its “national security” trump card from time to time. All the government has to do is say the information is part of national security. Continue Reading….

What happened to the United States

What happened to the United States? Instead of being the land of the free, with liberty and justice for all, we are the land of cash cows with liberty and freedom for the rich. If you dare speak an opposing opinion, you are branded and outcast. If you speak out against the U.S. government, and travel to another country, the president sends a drone to kill you and whoever is with you.

Banks and wall street immune the law

One thing that really irritates me is hoe big banks and wall street can run over the people, and nothing is ever done.

Leading up to the 2008 housing crash, banks made loans to people who were not qualified to receive loans. The loans were then sold to investors. Wouldn’t that be considered fraud if anyone besides a bank did it?

Bank gets in trouble, the government rushes to shore it up.

People get in trouble, that is just too bad.

Chick-fil-A and the right to speak out

This Chick-fil-A issue and gay rights is getting really out of hand. If someone says they support gay rights, then someone else should have the right to say they do not support gay rights.

If some faggot wants to get his poo packed every night, I could not care less. I am kinda neutral on the issue. As long as the sex is between consenting adults, I do not care what happens in a bedroom. Just because I do not care does not mean I have to support the idea either.

Boycotting a company because they do not support gay rights is like the pot calling the kettle black. There are going to be issues all through life we agree with, neutral on, or disagree with. So what if a company does not support gays rights? So what? It is their right to voice their opinion. Continue Reading….

New Debates on Gun Control

The shootings in Aurora Colorado has brought the liberals out in force. As the liberal crap storm for more gun control whips into a feeding frenzy, I see a common pattern, and that is the spread of incorrect information.

One opinion said the AR was designed for killing at close range. In the military trials, bullet performance was judged at 200 meters. How is 200 meters close range?

Another opinion piece said high capacity magazines have no place in hunting. I don’t guess the author has ever seen the videos of people hunting wild hogs from helicopters. I don’t guess the author saw pictures of the LA riots where store owners were protecting their property with semi-auto rifles and high capacity magazines.

Liberals argue only the police and military should have firearms. And what, turn the U.S. into a police state? Our forefathers wanted to ensure the people have the ability and the right to rise up against the government. If the U.S. government becomes oppressive to the people, the people have the ability to fight back. When a protestor shows up with an AK47, I bet the police will be a a lot less likely to take measures against the crowd.

It is true that the AR15/M16 were designed for war, they have purposes in time of peace as well. For example, the AR15 rifle is being used to control the wild hog populations in south Texas.

Re election of obama built on lies and deceit

Angelina river Jasper TexasThe rumor mill says that the assassination (or murder) of Anwar al-Awlaki is go9ing to boost the chances that obama will get elected.

Its a sad day for the USA when an elected official can murder US citizens without due process, and that official stands a good chance of getting re-elected. Anyone who applauds the murder of a citizen with no due process, has no place serving in public office.

This supposed “war on terror” that the US is supposed to be in, is no longer a war on terror, its a war on anyone that disagrees with US foreign policy.

The only reason why George Washington is not recorded in history as a terrorist, is because the British lost. If the red coats would have won the revolutionary war, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson,,,, all everyone else that fought for freedom would have been labeled a traitor and put to death. 200+ years later, we might have even considered the founding fathers terrorist.
