Illegal immigration and welfare abuse
Before we begin, I want to make it clear that everyone at some time or another may need a helping hand. People lose their jobs, run into financial problems and need some help.
However, the support system was never intended as a way of life.
Our society has cultivated four groups of people:
Group 1 – people who think they are entitled to welfare, or entitled to other social benefits.
After Hurricane Andrew passed through Florida, there were stories of people sitting in their front yards waiting for the government to clean up the mess. When asked why they were not cleaning up their own yard, the reply was something like “the government is supposed to take care of stuff like that”. It was reported that one family had been on welfare for 3 generations. The family had no idea what it was like to do something for yourself. In their minds, the government should do everything.
After hurricane katrina hit new orleans, I was required by my employer to go to the shelter and help out. In all, I think there were close to 200 people at the shelter – men, women and children.
What would war with Iran mean
I feel that Iran has positioned itself to be made a victim. Iran is supposed to be developing nuclear power plants for peaceful purposes.
Why would Iran make itself out to be a victim? To rally support, and have other nations come to its aid. Playing the victim is one of the first steps of jihad.
What I fear, if any nation strikes iran, china will jump in to protect its supply of oil.

Buy your supplies and stack them deep
As I am sitting here watching the news, there is little voice in the back of my head telling me the US is going to hit rock bottom. Unless Ron Paul gets elected, things are just going to continue to get worse. GOD help us if someone like mit or rick perry gets elected, because they are not going to help anyone besides the bankers.
What I see happening is tensions between the US and china and tensions between the US and iran to continue to rise. Compounded with that, congress is talking about cutting the defense budget.
Let me see if I get this right, iran is continuing to enrich uranium, and the US congress wants to cut money from the defense? When your enemies are building nuclear weapons, shouldn’t we at the very least maintain our current rate of military spending?

There is unrest in the streets, the people have had enough, our government is corrupt, our factories are closing, our jobs are shipped to china, price of food is going through the roof,,, how much more can we take?
I think if we continue on the current path, the number of people drawing social benefits, and the number of people out of work will drive this nation to a breaking point.
Local governments will not be able to raise enough tax dollars to support themselves, but the people will continue to demand schools, social programs,,,, until something has to break.
I think there are 2 factors working against the US, free trade and too many social benefit programs.
