The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals problem has been decades in the making, going all the way back to the 1980s and Ronald Regan.  Yet, DACA is supposed to be President Trumps fault? This showdown between democrats and Republicans has been decades in the making.

President Obama ruled with a pen. What can done with a pen can be undone with a pen.   Rather than getting congress to work together, obama signed an executive order.

The second issue are parents who brought their children to a nation without going through the proper channels. What kind of example did those parents set for the children? “Sure we are breaking the law, so what?”

Another problem is, the children, now adults, have had years, sometimes decades to establish citizenship. Their inaction, and inaction by their parents set the stage for an illegal immigrant showdown.

Even with the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals illegal immigrate issue taking decades to build, the liberal controlled media still blames President Trump.

January 14, 2018 news broke that DACA negotiations in congress have broke down.

From FoxNews – Trump says DACA ‘probably dead’; team backs ‘strong stance,’ blames Democrats.

This comes as no surprise, as democrats take a hardline approach with the GOP.  Democrats refuse to talk with the GOP, which has caused the government to grind to a halt.

Of course democrats will demonize the GOP and brag about how the GOP wants to break apart families.  The honest truth is, President Trump looked like he was willing to negotiate on DACA.  It appears that democrats refused to budge on their stance.

President Trump got some backlash from Republicans about his stance on DACA.  Hardliners felt their should be no deal.  However, for the government to work, both parties have to work together.

The end result was President Trump looked like he was making an honest effort to work with both parties, and Obstructionist Democrats refused to budge.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals will be a thorn in both parties sides until something is done with the issue.  This is not a matter of which party is right, and which party is wrong.  The very root of the issue, is parents who broke the law when they entered the nation illegally with their children.
